He then completed a one year internship at Lafayette Charity Hospital in Louisiana before entering LSU-Tulane’s three year residency program for dermatologic surgery where he served as chief resident. Smith also has advanced training in phototherapy, laser surgery, Botox and cosmetic injectable fillers. Smith regularly attends accredited continuing medical educational programs in an effort to provide the most up-to-date dermatologic care. Smith enjoys medical photography and speaking to his peers as well as mentoring LSU medical students about dermatological issues. Smith enjoys traveling and photography outside of medicine. Keith Harris is a well-established, highly regarded dermatologist with 20 years of experience in dermatology.
