Bathroom small and poorly designed, having to fight past the toilet and showerscreen to get in bath/shower. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.
Took several attempts to get the hang of flushing the toilet.
The cracked sink was appalling to look at and the squeaky steps up and down felt dodgy.
