If I then reopen and close the same profession window, no message, but if I open the same profession window a few minutes later and then close it, the message reappears!
Seriously, I've left a profession window open for over 30 minutes and as soon as I close it that message appears!

I have it calibrated and the Test button works, but when I click an NPC or player, I can see with verbose on, that it sends the info, but nothing happens then. That will show you what character names are received by the app from the Add On, if any.
